Truly non stick

I love my new pan and am following the instructions in order for the pan to perform and last for years.
Just an aside...I find it hard to contact your store. When I return email it goes undelivered. For enquires about other items how do I get in touch?

Disappointedd

Heats up very slowly. Cooked unevenly. I know you shouldn’t put the heat up high but at this stage I’m thinking of it because my food doesn’t look cooked and takes too long to cook .

Nothing sticky about it

I've only had it a couple of weeks but it's better than expected. I had thought about a Scanpan but this was a lot less and still carried the Le Creuset label. It has great feel in your hand, it's well balanced, heats quickly and releases food with ease. Some tips: I never heat it above 5 (out of 10) on my range and I hand wash it exclusively. I also give it a little spray of avocado oil after a wash and wipe it down with a paper towel before placing on my rack.
